Her training and field experience combine knowledge of project management, coaching and teaching, both in native environments and in Africa and Melanesia.
In 1998, she co-founded and directed an indigenous cultural organization whose mission was to promote indigenous knowledge through field research, training, and the co-design and co-development of cultural projects, using an approach based on collaboration and dialogue. This experience of over ten years enabled her in 2016 to work, as Executive Director, on the creation and implementation of a UNESCO research chair on cultural transmission among First Peoples as a dynamic of well-being and empowerment.
From 2001 to 2008, she directed an organization dedicated to disseminating art and culture through national and international events. In this capacity, she carried out numerous missions abroad to develop international cooperation projects (France, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Italy).
